Fatboi (born LaDamon Douglas) is a hip hop producer from Savannah Georgia who has produced beats for artists including Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy, Rocko, Shawty Redd, Flo Rida, Bow Wow, Juvenile, Yung Joc, Gorilla Zoe, Camoflauge, Daron Jones, OJ Da Juiceman and 8Ball & MJG. Fatboi got his start in 1998 as a producer for a Savannah, Georgia native Camoflauge. Camoflauge and Fatboi created underground classics and the summer sex anthem "Cut Friends" in 2001 under Universal Records.
Fatboi went on to create the Billboard topping hit “Wasted†by Gucci Mane feat. Plies on the rappers album The State vs. Radric Davis. The song was a out the door hit from start to finish, which quickly dubbed Fatboi as a Super Producer, and the go-to guy for hot beats.
Since his success from “Wasted†he has won the ASCAP award for 2010 and has been a Free Style Friday Judge on 106 & Park and featured in national publications like XXL Magazine, Hip Hop Weekly Magazine, and The New York Times. He is currently working on several projects with artists ranging from Britney Spears, T.I, Ludacris, Trey Songz and Keri Hilson. Fatboi is the Co-CEO of Blackshield Entertainment and he resides in Atlanta Georgia.
